Changed your mind? Doesn't fit? That's alright!
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 Days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must be returned in the original product packaging.
- All clearance merchandise is not returnable.
Additional Information
- Refund will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned merchandise.
- Customer will pay return shipping
How Do I Initiate A Return?
- Email us at info@TheKnottyLumberjack.com
- Please include in the SUBJECT line "Return Order #XXXXX"
- In the BODY please include your full name, shipping address and the item(s) that you wish to return
- We will respond with a return authorization form for you to print and include in the shipment.
